The terms and conditions below regulate the use and sales made in the Online Store located at the web address http://shop.balas4.pt/ (the “site”) which belongs to LIGHTBOX – COMUNICAÇÃO AUDIOVISAL, LDA, legal entity and n. tax number 507287568, (hereinafter Lightbox"), with registered office at Rua do Freixo, no 1071, Sala 9, 4300-219 Porto with share capital of 80,000.00 euros.

The personal data that the user transmits to Lightbox on this website will only be used to fulfil the commitments made by Lightbox and to guarantee the best service. Lightbox will not allow third parties to see or use your personal data without your prior consent. The user has the right to request their personal data. If the information is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to request its correction or deletion.

The website uses cookies in order to improve your browsing experience and use of the website. The cookie identifies your computer and allows the website to remember your personal settings. The Site may not function correctly if cookies are disabled in your browser.

Our goal is for the website to always be up and running, but Lightbox cannot guarantee this.
Lightbox cannot guarantee that all products presented will be available at the time you place your order. If the product you ordered is no longer available, you will be contacted by email shortly after placing your order.
Due to your computer's color settings, the colors of products shown in images on the Site may differ from their actual colors. Lightbox cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies.
PRICES
All prices on the website are indicated in EUR. The price of each product is indicated excluding shipping costs but including VAT at the rate in force in Portugal. Shipping costs to mainland Portugal are borne by Lightbox. Lightbox cannot be held responsible for any fluctuations in currency value or exchange rates that any bank may experience when exchanging EUR for any other currency.
PRICE CHANGES
Lightbox reserves the right to change the prices of products sold. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout that specific process.
PAYMENT
Lightbox accepts payments by MBWay . The amount is charged at the time of ordering. Payment is processed by Millennium BCP and all transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.
SHIPPING AND COSTS
Lightbox only ships to the countries indicated. Orders will be processed within a maximum of ten working days, except in the event of stock outs. Shipping costs will be added to your order. Please see Lightbox shipping rates for applicable shipping fee information.
TRADE, RETURNS AND REIMBURSEMENT
During 14 days from the delivery of your order, you can request an exchange or return of your order. You must return the products to Lightbox in perfect condition. Products must not have been worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if products are returned with the original packaging fully intact and with the original labels still attached to each product. You must also return the original invoice. Lightbox will not compensate or refund returned packages lost in return shipping. Any shipping costs that may occur when returning products are the responsibility of the customer. Only the cost of the merchandise will be refunded unless an error has occurred on the part of Lightbox. Refunds for returned products will be made as quickly as possible, no later than 30 working days, after Lightbox receives the returned products. The refund will be made to the account via bank transfer. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charges you may incur will not be refunded by Lightbox. In the case of an exchange, Lightbox will add additional costs for shipping the new items. Lightbox will not pay shipping costs for uncollected packages.
